Ernesto Casarez

Physical Therapy Assistant

Originally from Ecuador, Ernesto graduated from the physical therapy assistant program at Montgomery College in Tacoma Park, Md., in 1999. Prior to joining OSPT, Ernesto worked for Greater Metropolitan Orthopaedics from 1999 to 2006. He brings a creative quality to the clinic with his “think outside the box” approach to therapy as well as with his exceptional manual skills.

Ernesto enjoys working with the most challenging diagnoses and complicated orthopedic injuries. Ernesto is an ultra-marathon runner and is very active in a variety of outdoor activities. He hopes to one day hike the entire Appalachian Trail. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.
